Service Description

Individual tailored hiking psychotherapy session.

No shows or cancellations that take place less than 3 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged as a session. Cancellations that take place less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours in advance will be subject to a late cancellation fee of €20.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Your therapist greatly appreciates you being on time for your session, especially due to the outdoor nature of Hike Psych. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your therapist reserves the right to not conduct the session. Please be aware that if you do arrive late for your appointment, the session will still be concluded at the usual time so as not to delay other clients’ appointments. All sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Cancellation by your therapist. Hike Psych reserve the right to change or cancel any session in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, Hike Psych will make every effort to inform you of the changes as soon as possible. Cancellation by the client. 1. Hike Psych will provide a full refund for any booking that is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the appointed commencement time of the session. 2. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please note the following cancellation conditions will apply where you are seeking to cancel a session: (i) less than 24 hours prior to the session – €30 late cancellation fee; (ii) less than 6 hours prior to the session or in the event of a failure to arrive for a session- the full cost of a session will be charged. 3. Further sessions will not be permitted until fees have been paid. Price Plans and Bundles. All plans and bundles (6 for 5 Hike, Couples Bundle & 6 and Save) are Non-refundable, Non-transferable. You may cancel your purchase up to 24 hours prior to the first session for a full refund. If payment is not received in advance, the client forfeits their sessions. If you cancel a session less than 2 hours before the session is due to take place or ‘no show’, you will lose credit for the appointment. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of the date of purchase. This offer is subject to availability.
